On the what is Zope page we find the definition, "the open source web application server" which did not do a lot for me. But reading your question... is Zope a CMA? Basically a Nuke/Postnuke alternative then? Or even a blog. Because I stil do not dig the difference between a CMS and a blog.

Take a look at Zope Powered Sites and tell me if you do any of this sites whit a blog tool.

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
