Reporting FAQ:
How do I see data from more than 6 months ago?
We store campaign data in your Dashboard for six months. If you don’t see something you’ve worked on in the past, try clicking View (below Graph) and switch from Default to Archived.
You may also want to double-check that you haven’t gotten too specific with your selections. For example, when you select a specific campaign, you’ll only see data for the ad groups that go with that campaign when you toggle to those tabs. Same goes with ad groups and the ads that go with them.
Note: Campaigns, ad groups, and ads that have not been touched within the last 90 days can be deleted and may not show up on the Dashboard.

Are there any limits to reporting data I can have in one account?
Yes, these are our current entities (campaigns, ad groups, and ads) limits:
- Active (not archived or deleted) Entities: 5,000
- Not Deleted (archived or active) Entities: 10,000
- Total Entities (everything, including deleted entities): 50,000
