I recently lost my phone and had my iCloud account as my email address. That was my first mistake. When I bought my phone the girl setting it up didn’t take the time to ask me what my email account was in so she just entered my name at iCloud. At the time I thought nothing of it. But after I lost my phone and couldn’t do the to a identification because I didn’t have my phone anymore I was unable to do anything on my new phone because I couldn’t get into my iCloud account or even my Apple account to get abs or anything. I bought a keyboard here for a delivery. Delivery was delayed so called and was told by apple rep to wait until evening. Spent all day waiting nothing arrives. Then next morning I get an email saying that this was cancelled. I call and they said they cannot refund the full amount and I have to pay for sales tax for an item I did not even see. I tell them to cancel it and get me the full refund but they refused to until a team lead reviewed which requires 72 hours. Waiting period begins and following day I get an email stating the item was shipped when I did not want it now! I call again and they said now I have to return the item to get my refund. No credit, no admission of fault, just a hard stance on what needs to be done.

Conclusion is just go to your local retailer instead of depending on their service. If something goes wrong, it is pretty much impossible and requires so much effort and time on the customers end. You would think these guys and have ways to take care of their customers. Nope!

As you can see I’m not a very satisfied customer of APPLE! First, ATT is my scheming service provider. Who along with APPLE have been using unethical seemingly predatory tactics to keep Customers! Pricing for things that should be included in your account plan, they MAKE YOU PAY FOR! And once you think that you’re done paying for a trial subscription or something else like that, you’re locked into a 2 year payment agreement for which your ONLY WAY OUT OF IT is to have your Bank BLOCK THEM from EVERY ACCOUNT NUMBER!! I’m actively looking for an Attorney to help me try to recoup my STOLEN MONEY! And hold APPLE AND ATT Responsible and Liable for Out Right Lying and Stealing from Senior Citizens!!! Now in order to use my IPHONE properly, I am FORCED BEYOND MY WILL to give them unlimited access to MY ACCOUNTS LIKE THE MAFIA OR SOMETHING!!! I am a DISABLED SENIOR! I’m on a lousy fixed income and THESE 2 COMPANIES HAVE BEEN USING PREDATORY TACTICS TO STEAL MY LIVELIHOOD! Where can we turn to get what we lost BACK!!??
