Apply for student positions within all departments of University Libraries using this application. Your application will remain on file for the current semester with the option to renew via email for future semesters.

Hiring Procedures and Application

If selected, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the hiring department. Please do not contact supervisors or department heads directly.

Hired students will be asked for legal documents for identification, such as a driver's license, birth certificate, social security card or passport. International students must also provide their I-20. Direct deposit will be mandatory.
