My account has been compromised. I cannot recover the account

In the middle of the night while sleeping I received many notifications regarding my account.
1. 2 step verification had been turned off.
2. your recovery phone number was recently changed
3. your recovery email was recently changed
4. you recently turned on 2 step verification
5. authenticator app added

since the person that hacked into my account has done all this, there is no way for me to verify the account through account recovery. I tried to enter the last password, but it takes me through the process of trying the account recovery with the information the bad actor set up. How can I recover my account?

Is there no other way to verify the email account belongs to me? Selfie with Driver's License, Passport, etc.? Seems like there should be some way to get in contact with someone at Google to either get through this or assist with closing the email entirely. All the other companies I've talked to (Walmart, Target, etc.) was able to close the account associated with the compromised email.

I have exactly the same issue. The person blocked every possible way to stop me from getting the email back. But I have a lot of personal information in the email. I have been looking for Google customer service to help me with my issue. I can prove my identity but there is no one or way to reach out to Google.

I have the same issue, is there a way to prove my identity and delete my account information if I can't get it back. ??? I already reported to the police about my case.

While those sorts of things may prove who YOU are, they don't prove you own any specific account. That's why Google doesn't ask for ID as part of account recovery.
Seems like there should be some way to get in contact with someone at Google...
Unfortunately, Google doesn't provide live support for account recovery.
All the other companies I've talked to (Walmart, Target, etc.) was able to close the account associated with the compromised email.
If they have low security thresholds and allow you to close an account without proof of ownership, that's fine. Google doesn't do that.
OR...
If they have alternate ways to prove ownership, like with a configured credit card, that works. But Google doesn't do that.

Is there a possibility of me getting a direct expert from google. Or if they can restore my previous information such that i use them to login like the old password and the mobile number i have been using to receive the verification codes.vt
