How to confirm my Business Location when someone is claiming it already

I have received my postal code at the address (that I live and work at) but after I confirmed the code, it said my listing was a duplicate which it is not. Google then prompted me to request access to another company that presumably is claiming my address... although it seems more likely that this is some sort of broad error occurring. We have similar named companies but this is my home and business so nobody else should be able to have right of claim over this. How can I claim this location on google maps and business manager?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've got a second address which I have since started to verify. PlantHouse / https://planthouse.co.nz is the company.
I was hoping to solve the issue without publishing my address as it was going to be provided as a 'delivery only' result.
What I did:
-Submitted my address and started the verification process -Received the postcard and entered the code -Google then said it was a duplicate claim (can't see how this is possible as it is not the previous occupants before me) -I contested this and google asked if I want to claim ownership of the page that it thinks has my address
So you can see this is probably some sort of error happening as i highly doubt they have sent a postcard and waited at my letterbox to take it and claim it.

Hi I read your response but don’t think you read mine. I’m not publishing my address on here. If you don’t know how to fix the issue from the info provided in a broad sense, that’s fine but there are no set up errors from my side. The only problems occurred with Google saying my location is a duplicate when it’s not
