Every Google Workspace subscription includes custom email, video meetings, Calendar, Docs, and more collaboration and communication tools for your business.
Here are some features of Google Workspace:
- Schedule events in Calendar at times that work for everyone and get meeting reminders directly in your Gmail inbox.
- Use Drive to store and access over 40 popular file formats, including videos, images, Microsoft Office documents, and PDFs.
- Work with or without an internet connection.
- Create a new spreadsheet and edit with others at the same time from your computer, phone, or tablet.

How to sign up for Google Workspace
To sign up for Google Workspace, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Google Domains.
- Select the name of your domain.
- Open the menu

- Click Email.
- Under Get a custom email address, click Get Google Workspace.
Follow the steps to create your Google Workspace account and set up billing. You’re the administrator for your Google Workspace account, so you can add users and manage service settings.
A temporary password will be sent over email, and after you sign up, check out the quickstart guide to start using your new email, and learn how to use your online doc, storage, video conferencing, and other Google Workspace services. If you need help, the Google Workspace Support team is available 24/7.

Important: if you have purchased a legacy G Suite subscription (i.e. Basic and Business editions) until October 6 2020, we’ll be in touch with you over the coming months to identify your transition path to one of the new offerings. Keep in mind you will not be able to switch back to your legacy plan once you migrate to a new one.

What's different about purchasing Google Workspace through Google Domains?
- Setup
- Google Domains automatically sets up Gmail and email protection features, like DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Sender Policy Framework (SPF).
- You do some administrative tasks, such as adding or removing users, in your Google Domains control panel.
- Billing
- Google Domains bills you monthly.
- You manage payment through your Google Payments Account.
How many domains can I add to Google Workspace?
Set or reset passwords for Google Workspace users
- Sign in to Google Domains.
- Go to the “Email” tab.
- Under "Add or remove people from Google Workspace," on the account where you'd like to reset the password, click Edit
Reset Password.
- To send the temporary password, enter an email address. Use a different email address than the user’s Google Workspace email address.
- Click Send reset email.
- To reset the password, use the instructions in your email.
- To change your password, sign in.
