If your Google Fi service was put on hold, it's likely because of a declined payment. You must pay the overdue amount to reactivate your account. There are also a few other reasons why your account might be on hold:
- We think someone stole your phone or got unauthorized access.
- We noticed suspicious activity.
- We noticed a violation of our terms of service.
What happens to your service
While your account is on hold, you can't:
- Make or receive calls
- Send or receive texts
- Use cellular data
- Use your Google One subscription if you're on the Unlimited Plus plan
You can still find your account and billing history in the Google Fi app and website.
