Depending on your issue, try the following fixes.
Find missing subscriptions
If you can't find your subscriptions, check that you're signed in to the correct account.
- The email you used with the subscription app may be different than your Google Account.
- Check your other email accounts and find the receipt of the subscription to locate where you added the subscription.
- Check with your family members. You may have used a family member’s account to subscribe.
Important subscription information for users in India
Important: Due to the Reserve Bank of India eMandate notification, your payment method may not support auto-renewing subscriptions. If you do not see the option to set up an auto-renewing subscription, try one of the following:
- Purchase a single access pass.
- Try to pay with a different payment method.
- Contact your bank if you are still experiencing issues.
If you signed up for a subscription before April 1, 2021, you may need to verify your card to continue renewing your subscription. Look for an email from googleplay-noreply@google.com titled “Action required to keep your {app_ name} subscription” and click the button link in the email.

Fix problems with charges if app is already uninstalled
If you’ve uninstalled the app, you still need to cancel the subscription, or you’ll continue to be charged.
- Go to play.google.com.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- At the left, click My subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Manage

Fix problems with paying for a subscription
If your payment method was lost, or stolen, or you got an email saying that your payment method was declined, try a different payment method.
To change the payment method used:
- Go to play.google.com.
- Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
- On the left, click My subscriptions.
- Find the subscription to change the payment method.
- Click Manage.
- Next to the payment method, click Update.
Important: If your payment method is declined or has insufficient funds, your subscription may be cancelled. If this happens, set up your subscription again.
