Hi joyoti, family memberships for services aren't set up to be used across borders -- you must live in the same country as the family manager. There's no workaround or solution for this issue, sorry.

My name is Kimberly Perian and my account number is 849905009038146. On April,9 2021 I subscribed forHBO MAX. A few days later I decided to cancel the channel. On May 31, I was giving a refund.I didn't realize until July, 14 that I was again charged for the channel in the amount of 13.05 and again on September, 6 in the amount of 14.99. When I discovered the mistake I called Comcast and spoke with a specialists in the billing department who assured me the correction would reflect on my next I'll which it has not.
