Google Podcasts just made all my subscriptions disappear - any help?

It looks like Google has decided I'm under 18 as all my podcasts I'm subscribed to that have "Explicit" tags have disappeared. I only have 2 subscriptions for podcasts still visible and I assume that's because they are "clean" (free from any Explicit episodes).
I still have some downloaded episodes from these removed podcasts, but if i tap on them I get this message:
Content Removed - we've restricted some content for people who aren't over 18
FYI I'm in my 30s and have been using Google Podcasts since I got an Android 18 months ago, with no problems.
It looks like an algorithm has incorrectly singled me out and I can't see any way to correct it.
Is there any way to fix this? Or should I just abandon Google Podcasts and download another podcast app?

Hi James Ellen, would you mean checking one thing for me before I asked my colleagues about the issue here? Can you please verify that your birthday is correct in https://myaccount.google.com/birthday (meaning it is at least showing you are over the age of 18)?
And does your account have another Family Link account attached to it so meaning you are the guardian but you do manage a few minor person accounts?

I have the same issue. I checked https://myaccount.google.com/birthday and it does show that im over 18. I do not have any family link accounts attached

One additional note about Google Verify age by CC - the saved CC is used by Google Pay in Chrome.
In order to stop Google Pay automatically offering to use that card no, I had to go into my browser settings on both my PC and mobile to turn off that feature. Otherwise every payment came with a suggestion to use Google Pay to fill in my details, which I don't want at the moment.
