TweetDeck FAQs

Why does it look like I have the same version of TweetDeck even though I downloaded and installed a new version?

Make sure to uninstall the previous version of TweetDeck. This will ensure you install and open the correct new version.

Why aren't my columns loading?

Try deleting the column and then re-adding the column. If this doesn’t help and you are using the TweetDeck for Mac app, try updating your Safari browser.

Why did I lose my columns when I upgraded to the latest version?

Unfortunately your column information will not roll over when you upgrade from the Air versions. Good news is when you do upgrade your columns and information will sync so you can access all your information from all the current clients.
