Make sure to uninstall the previous version of TweetDeck. This will ensure you install and open the correct new version.
Try deleting the column and then re-adding the column. If this doesn’t help and you are using the TweetDeck for Mac app, try updating your Safari browser.
Unfortunately your column information will not roll over when you upgrade from the Air versions. Good news is when you do upgrade your columns and information will sync so you can access all your information from all the current clients.
If you are using a PC try the following troubleshooting steps:
You are unable to change the email address associated with your TweetDeck account.
You can change your password by logging out and clicking "Forgot your password?" This will send a password reset email to the email address associated with the TweetDeck account.
If you'd like to delete your TweetDeck account, please go to this page and fill in the details.
TweetDeck does not currently allow you to schedule photos. Your Tweet will be sent as scheduled, but without the photo.
TweetDeck for Mac uses Safari in the background. Make sure your version of Safari is up to date.
