  1. 1. If Customer’s billing address or the Google Voice End User’s service address is in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the UK, then Google Voice is provided by Google Voice Ltd., located at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland.

  2. 2. If Customer’s billing address or the Google Voice End User’s service address is in the United States (US), then Google Voice is provided by Google Voice Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.

  3. 3. If Customer’s billing address or the Google Voice End User’s service address is in Canada, then Google Voice is provided by Google Voice Canada Corporation, located at 44 Chipman Hill, Suite 1000, Saint John, New Brunswick E2L 2A9 Canada.
