Configuration Management Engineer
Responsibilities: Maintain development environment and configuration management system (CVS). Manage build process for development and testing. Manage release process for production. Manage build and release process for content updates. Build development tools (intranet website, etc.)
Experience/Skills: The ideal candidate for this position will have 3+ years C/C++ programming background and Unix/Linux platform experience. Familiarity with development process is required. 3+ years experience as a build manager or engineer. Oracle DBA
Responsibilities: Manage, upgrade, and install Legato/RMAN-based backups, or other backup software. Create and upgrade Oracle databases. Help manage large, high-availability production database.
Experience/Skills: 2-3 years experience as an Oracle DBA, data warehouse style reporting, preferably in a large environment. Backup and recovery experience required. Experience with large queries/data warehousing a plus.
SQL Server Database Administrator
Responsibilities: Administrate repositories and use Data Administration tools.
Create physical/operational design including defining required parameters for database definition, analyzing data volume and space requirements, performing database tuning and parameter enhancements, executing database backups and recoveries, monitoring database space requirements, verifying integrity of data in database, and coordinating the transformation of logical structures to properly performing physical structures.
Experience/Skills: Must have 5+ years experience as DBA or engineer, including experience designing, constructing, optimizing and maintaining large corporate/Internet data warehouse architectures. Responsibilities: Ensure that operational and accounting controls are in place. Review processes over suspense accounts, proof and substantiate balance sheet, set up and monitor PW profiles and access & review of internal accounts.

VP/Director of Fraud
Responsibilities: Responsible for the staffing and management of Fraud Investigations and Fraud Recovery groups for on-line payment service. Will manage both internal and external investigations, including interfacing with law enforcement and other agencies requesting investigation support. The VP/DIR of Fraud will set recovery metrics and goals for the 20+ person division, and will be responsible for identifying new fraud trends to help proactively search accounts and transactions to recover fraudulent funds. Will develop policy for retrieving and crediting fraudulent funds and provide expertise to Product, Risk and Engineering groups for overall improvements to the system.
Experience/Skills: Expertise and Management experience in retail financial fraud. Specific experience in on-line credit card fraud a definite plus. Ability to convert fraud trends into tool and policy requirements necessary for success in this position. Experience developing standard operating procedures, escalation processes, and executive level report development required. Ideal candidate should also have experience in change management or operational reorganization. Experience in financial services industry, with at least 5 years in retail fraud required. Minimum 3 years of staff management of groups over 10 people required. Law enforcement or legal experience a plus. Understanding of the use of credit cards on the internet, Regulation E requirements, and case documentation all very helpful.
Director/Manager of Investigations
Responsibilities: Reporting the Director/VP Fraud, the Director/Manager of Investigations will be responsible for the staffing and skill development of the Fraud Investigations Team. The Director/Manager will be responsible for identifying investigation case criteria, reporting standards, and escalation procedures. The Director Manager will also be the primary contact with outside agencies for handling response to law enforcement agencies/subpoenas and for escalating cases to outside agencies for violation of laws and recovery.
Experience/Skills: Expertise and Management experience in case management and investigative process. Knowledge of money laundering and fraud ring techniques and trends necessary. Specific experience in on-line credit card fraud a definite plus. Ability to explain investigation requirements to technical and non-technical personnel also required. Ideal candidate should also have experience in staff management of a highly independent and dynamic group. 5 years experience in money laundering or fraud investigations. Minimum 3 years of staff management of small groups. Law enforcement or legal experience a plus. Director/Manager of Fraud Detection
Responsibilities: Reporting the Director/VP Fraud, the Director/Manager of Fraud Detection and Reporting will be responsible for the staffing and skill development of the Fraud Detection Team. The Director/Manager will be responsible for establishing procedures to maximize the number of reviews conducted, review criteria, reporting standards, and escalation procedures. The Director Manager will be primarily responsible for identifying and controlling fraud as it enters the system, and recovering funds associated with the fraudulent activity.
Experience/Skills: Expertise and Management experience in staffing optimization for review processes. Requires skill in explaining new procedures to non-technical staff and optimizing use of available tools with staff allocation and skill improvement. Ability to identify operational improvements and explain requirements into a technical support group for criteria and new tool development is also required. Familiarity and experience with graphical evaluation tools helpful. Knowledge of on-line credit card fraud a definite plus. Successful candidate will possess 5 years experience in staff management. At least 3 years experience in determining standard operating procedures and maximizing staff efficiencies. Understanding of the use of credit cards on the Internet, Regulation E requirements, and case documentation are all very helpful.

Responsibilities: Review suspect accounts and connected accounts for fraudulent activity. Forward suspicious account activity to senior fraud staff.
Experience/Skills: Demonstrated organizational skills, discretion, and decision-making skills. Successful candidate will be analytical and enjoy working in a team environment. Previous financial services or Internet fraud background is preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills are required. Ability to learn PayPal proprietary software is also necessary.

Responsibilities: Assemble and coordinate staff, external vendors, and other resources to complete projects on time and within budget. Justify planned investments, prepare project plans, act as a vendor liaison, and coordinate with internal engineering and product development groups. Additional duties include writing requirements documents and process flows, preparation of management reports, design and documentation of risk policies and procedures, communication and coordination of risk initiatives with other internal departments. Experience/Skills: Three or more years working in financial services or consulting to financial services firms. Ability to manage projects and/or departments in back-office operating environments. Exposure to both large and growing firms is preferred. Exposure to risk management practices in a Credit Card-driven environment is a big plus.
