How do I access the Online Customer Service Centre?

You can set up a username and password that allows you to access our Online Customer Service Centre. Click Here to set up your account.

This account is for the Customer Service Centre Only and is no longer required to Sign in to the time Magazine Europe app for iPad and iPhone. you can do this using the same email address as you registered for your Time Magazine account or your time Magazine Account Number.

How do I change or reset the password or update the Username associated with my Online Customer Service Centre Account?

You may find that the format of your mailing address that we have on our system may differ slightly from the way you supplied it to us. This is because our system formats the address according to Post Office guidelines. In order to ensure that you can easily locate your account please use your Customer Number. We will continue to renew your TIME magazine subscription at a low subscriber rate, without interruption, unless you tell us to stop. (For trial subscriptions, your Paypal account will be charged now for your trial, and then at the end of your trial period for your first full subscription term) At the end of your first full subscription term, we’ll send you a reminder, with a number to call if you wish to cancel, before we charge your Paypal account, in time to lock in the savings then in effect. For quarterly renewals, we will send you a notification if there is a change to your quarterly subscription price. You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on all un-served issues

To cancel your Continuous PayPal subscription, please Contact Us We can action your request and make sure there are no future charges so you will not need to contact PayPal directly.

Early Renewal Notices

Renewal reminders are sent well in advance of subscription expiry date to ensure that our customers do not experience a break in service. Existing subscriptions are served in full before the renewal subscription begins.

 

Paying for Early Renewals

As soon as your renewal order is processed, we amend your subscription expiry date and generate an invoice for your additional renewal term. This allows you to make your payment early, avoiding the possibility that payment might be overlooked and guarantees your discounted price.

 

Preferred Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program

We will continue to renew your TIME subscription at a low subscriber rate, without interruption, unless you tell us to stop. For trial subscriptions, your card will be charged immediately for your trial period, and then at the end of your trial period for your first full subscription term. At the end of your first full subscription term, we’ll send you a reminder, with a number to call if you wish to cancel, before we charge your card, in time to lock in the savings then in effect. For quarterly renewals, we will send you a notification before we charge your card if there is a change to your quarterly subscription price. You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on all un-served issues. If your credit card is inactive, we’ll send you a bill instead.

You can receive a refund on un-mailed issues on request.

Time can no longer issue refunds by cheque. If we do not have your credit card details on file, you will be asked to supply your bank details for your refund. For your security, we will send you a letter in the mail requesting your bank details.

If the value of your refund is £10 or less, or you have less than 2 months left on your existing subscription, your subscription will run to the end of the current term and be cancelled on expiry. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

If you are going to be at a temporary address for three weeks or more and would like to temporarily redirect your subscription delivery, please contact us.

Please note that we are only able to offer this free service if your temporary relocation is within Europe, Africa, the Middle East or Latin America.

Time is published twice a month throughout 2022, with double issues that bring you more total content than a previous single issue. This continues to allow us to cover the increasingly complex world in more depth in the pages of the magazine and bring you more timely news online, where we can be sure to get you the information as it happens.

In 2022, there is a two week interval between issues throughout the year, with the exception of July, August and December when a 3 week interval will occur. 

Your first issue mails within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your new order.

Our magazine's delivery window is seven to three days before the cover date.

For example, if the cover date is Monday 17th January 2022, this issue of the magazine will arrive between Monday 10th – Friday 14th January, depending upon your country of residence.

Any major delivery disruptions we know about due to covid-19 are reported here.

If you are concerned about your magazine delivery due to covid-19 you can contact us to temporarily suspend your subscription.

If your magazine has not arrived as expected, we may have an incorrect address on file.  Please click here to verify your address.

Your customer number is also located on every billing and renewal notice you receive. It is also printed on your magazine mailing label above your name.

The latest issue of TIME is not Appearing in my App.

Please ensure that you have a constant and strong internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

7Time is published bi-weekly, except for the last week of December. A new digital double issue is uploaded on every alternate Friday.

Check that you have the latest version of the App installed. Go to the App Store and tap the My Account icon. Scroll down to view a list of Apps you have previously installed for which an update is available. These instructions may vary depending on the iOS software release you have installed on your device.

If by Friday evening the latest issue is still not Appearing in your App, please contact us.

I recently updated my TIME App, why don't I see any of my Digital Editions in the library?

If you are a TIME subscriber, please sign in. Tap the Account Icon, Tap Sign in, enter the email address you registered for your Time Account or your Time Magazine Account Number.

What is a Time.com account?

A Time.com account allows you to experience more online at Time.com. click here to Create An Account

As an existing print + digital subscriber, do I get unlimited access to Time.com?

Yes, when you Create An Account on Time.com and link your print + digital subscription, you can guarantee unlimited access to Time.com.

Why am I being asked to link my subscription?

To identify you as a subscriber and grant you unlimited access it is essential that you link your subscription to your Time.com Account.

How do I link my subscription to My Time Account?

Go to Time.com and Sign into Your Account, then select Manage Your Account and link subscription.

To link your subscription you will need your 12 digit subscription Account Number that is displayed in the top right hand corner when you are Signed In to the Online Customer Centre.

Alternatively, you can find your 12 digital Account Number on your magazine wrapper above your address, or retrieve it by clicking here.

If you receive an error message when you try to Create An Account “An account with this email address already exists” please see below how to resolve it.

Why do I see the message “An Account with this email already exists” why I try to set up an Account on Time.com for the first time?

If you have Signed In to our iOS App or The Vault on Time.com in the past, your email address may be recognised when you Create an Account for Time.com, and if this is the case you will receive this error message. To resolve this, you can reset your password here using the same email address. You should then be able to Sign In with your email address and newly created password.

If an active subscription is recognised during this process you will find when you Sign-In that your subscription is already linked to your Time account. If not, you will need to follow the instructions above to link your subscription account for unlimited access.

This new password only applies to your Time.com Account. It does not change the password on for your Online Customer Service Centre account.

You can Sign In to the Time Magazine Europe App with the email address on your Time Account or your Time Account Number – no password is needed.

I am having trouble Creating an Account on Time.com.

Where can I find the TIME Digital Edition?

From your iPad or iPhone, go to the App Store, search for TIME Magazine Europe, tap GET and verify your iTunes account to download our App.

Our magazine Apps are free to download, however, purchases made within the App will be linked to your iTunes account.

As a TIME subscriber, you can access the Digital Edition as an inclusive part of your subscription. Subscribe or refer the previous section “TIME All Access and Digital Subscriptions” if you are already a subscriber.

How can  I get an issue of TIME in the app?

You can purchase monthly or annual subscriptions, or single digital issues within the TIME App. Download the TIME Magazine Europe App to your iPad or iPhone, tap on the issue you wish to purchase from the Home Screen and then tap Buy Issue. Purchases made within the App will be linked to your iTunes account..

Can I purchase a digital magazine subscription to TIME via iTunes?

Yes. You can purchase a monthly or annual digital magazine subscription to TIME via iTunes from within the App. Either tap on any Subscribe banner than you see on the App Home Screen, or tap on the most recent issue and tap Try It Now.  

Which Digital Edition issues will I have access to?

If you subscribed via iTunes, your subscription begins with the current issue of the magazine.

Otherwise you are entitled to all available issues from when you started subscribing. However, due to technical issues we may not be able to continue to make all older issue available. Our App has issues available dating back to 29th August 2016.

Do my issues expire?

No. Any purchased issues or issues available as part of your subscription are yours to keep.

Does the app update with each new issue?

Yes. Please enable notifications on the App to be notified when the new issue is available

I subscribed via iTunes. Do I have to sign in to the App?

No, the issues that you are entitled to as part of your iTunes subscription should be automatically available for download and will appear in your Library.

If you are using mobile data, please ensure you have enabled downloads by Mobile Data within App settings.

I subscribed via iTunes. Does my subscription include access to subscriber-only content on TIME.com?

Sorry, we are not able to offer iTunes subscribers to access subscriber only content on TIME.com

I subscribed via iTunes. How do I restore my existing digital only subscription or previously purchased issues?

  1. Open the TIME App
  2. Tap the Account Icon
  3. Tap Sign in
  4. Tap Restore Itunes Purchases

How do I cancel the digital subscription I purchased through iTunes?

  1. Go to Settings on your iPad or iPhone
  2. Tap on your name to view your Apple ID setting
  3. Scroll down and select Subscriptions
  4. Select the active subscription you wish to cancel

This process may  vary according to the ios sofware version you are using on your device, so if this does not work for you please refer to Apple’s online instructions for subscription cancellation.

I am having an iTunes billing problem. Can I send you my iTunes account information to get it resolved?

No. Apple does not share any billing or customer information with us, and all charges to your account are managed solely by Apple. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to look at your purchase history or credit your account. Feel free to contact customer service if you are having a problem downloading an issue.

If you have been unsuccessful in locating your account, please try using your customer number which appears on all renewal notices and bills.

Your customer number is visible in the top right of this screen.

If you are still unable to locate your account, please contact us so that we may assist you. We will be happy to verify your customer number for future reference.

This message indicates that, while we have your name on file, you are not currently receiving a magazine subscription. Your subscription may have expired or been cancelled.

We may not be able to accept your online renewal for the following reasons:

You are part of the Preferred Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program. This is an easy-to-manage subscription program in which we automatically continue your service without sending you renewal notices or bills. Once you are in this program, there is no need for you to transmit renewal instructions either online or through the mail. Of course, you are always in control of your subscription and may cancel at any time.

You have not paid for your current subscription. We are unable to extend your subscription contract until we have received payment for your current service period. To check your payment status, please click here. You may also pay your bill online by clicking here.

You have subscribed via a 3rd party subscription agent. Your subscription agent will contact you with regards to renewal.

Please make sure you have completed all fields on the transaction form. If required fields are left blank, a red error message will be displayed at the top of the form. Simply fill in the necessary fields and resubmit your request.

Letters to the Editor of Time must include your full name, address and home telephone, and if printed in the magazine may be edited for purposes of clarity or space.

If your subscription order included a free gift, please note that gifts are often sent upon receipt of payment. This will be stated on the promotion you received. Once payment has been received, your free gift will be shipped. Click here to check if your payment has been received or pay your bill.
Delivery of the free gift promoted with your subscription usually takes six weeks after the receipt of the payment. If it has been six weeks, please contact us.
In a situation where stock runs out due to high demand, you may receive a substitute gift of similar value to that offered in the promotion.
