Rapid & Effective Customer Service with no price tag :)

Stuck with accessing email on iPhone

Stuck with accessing email on iPhone. Support team stayed really calm and engaged. Talked me through all options until issue resolved. Highly recommended team.

OnlyDomain doesn't have a chat support

OnlyDomain doesn't have a chat support. It's only put there as design but no one is manning their chat support. I've been trying to use this feature to contact them but I can't find any support even for a phone number to call, they don't have.

Not a good experience in Email hosting

New customer to onlydomain and bought a domain and email hosting from them and my experience has not been good. Havent received my hosting details even after 2 days. Live chat is not live at all. tried sending them a note to start chat and it keeps saying we submit question and we will get back. Bad start. I am already considering to move it to some other service provider.

Live chat operates Monday to Friday, 24 hours per day, so unfortunately you may have been trying to access this service outside of operating times, and when trying to access the service you would have been directed to leave a message.
If you need any assistance on the weekend, please email us to help@weekendsupport.net for assistance. This address is monitored over the weekend.
Our live chat and phones are open now, please contact us and one of our team will be right there to help. I will make sure on our contact us page that contact procedure on weekend support is clear and easy to locate.

Problem sorted very quickly

I recently had a small problem with my Domain site and after sending Only Domains an email asking for their help it was sorted out very quickly by Eduardo.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND: I didn't get a renewal alert and they charged me $50

I didn't get a renewal alert on my alternate email and I didn't have access to my main email anymore, so the auto-renew didn't work and I only noticed when my domain had expired. And they charged me a $50 fee to restore the domain. Bad conduct, bad service, bad faith of this company that only wants to profit from failures in the renovation.

We send out renewal notices to the main email address on file. We are always looking at how we can improve our processes and systems, so your feedback about sending to the alternative email address is appreciated and we will review this suggestion internally. It is really important that if you change/update your email that you make sure you update your email address details in your online account at OnlyDomains, so that all important notifications can still be received.

I went on a chat with one of the reps…

I went on a chat with one of the reps while I was on the verge of a meltdown. But He was patient with me and guided me through the necessary steps. I am a satisfied client.

hopless customer service

hopless customer service.

OnlyDomains sent a renewal notice to my gmail.com email.

I attempted to sign into my OnlyDomains account - got message: No email on file.

Asked customer service for help - they said they'd send a 1 time email to that same gmail.com email!

nothing came!!

very frustrating. I'm done with this company

Needed to connect my Domain to Wix site

Needed to connect Wix site to OnlyDomain's hosted Domain name.

The world of DNS settings can be confusing for someone who doesn't mess with these settings on a daily basis.

It took a little while to get someone on Chat.

However when Parminder (my tech support person) came on... they were patient and answered all my stupid questions without a hint of condescension or frustration.

I'm sure I was asking questions that they get asked at least a hundred times a day.

Nonetheless... when we were halfway through the process... my website went down (as would happen if you mess around with the DNS settings of a URL).

I was in a panic though I tried my best to not show it.

I asked what else did I need to do and Parminder told me exactly what I needed to add to the Zone Records. In this case it was an A record with DNS from Wix.

Long story short: My site was up and running again and it was a smooth process.
